It has been 10 whole days since Hamilton the Musical was released on Disney+ and I can't count how many times I've watched it since then. I have loved Hamilton since way back in 2016, I listened to the soundtrack none stop until I was lucky enough to see it in the West End in 2018 and then again in 2019. My dream was always to see the orignal cast on Broadway but there was never any way for this to happen until now! I have so many thoughts on this so I wanted to share them! Here is my review of Hamilton the Musical!
Hello all, I hope you are well! I discovered podcasts around 2 years ago and since then I have listened to and tried a lot of them! There are some in particular that I adore and I thought I'd discuss with you some of the ones I adore. So, here is a little post all about the podcasts that I adore.
Mia’s best friend Holly died when they were thirteen. But years later, Holly still hasn’t left her.
Hello all, hope you are well! It has almost been 2 months since The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins was released (I really don't know how)! I read that book within a couple of days of its release and the fear I had of spoilers definitely helped me read it quicker. But, as soon as I finished reading The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes I had an urge to re-read the entire Hunger Games series, so that is exactly what I did. I thought today I'd discuss my thoughts on what it was like to re-read The Hunger Games almost 10 years since my first read through.
Hello all, I hope you are well! I love a good book tag and always find them a lot of fun. I found this one not too long ago on The Little Contemporary Corner (a fave blog of mine)! It is the History of my Bookshelf tag and was created by Emmmabooks on Youtube. It is all about the history of your shelves, what you have read in the past and how your shelves have changed over the years.
Hello all, hope you are well! I am back once again with another book haul. This month’s haul is exactly the same size as last month's haul. It seems like 6 books is a standard for me a month. I need to lower this in the coming months! I had couple books on pre-order and decided to treat myself to some as I've been keeping safe. I was also gifted a book this month as well. I will highlight in brackets next to any books if they were gifted. So, here is my June book haul.
Hello all! I hope you're all well and keeping safe. I'm back with another what I read this month post! Throughout June, I read a grand total of 6 books. This is a lot less than I read last month but I don't mind too much. I went in and out of a reading slump… Continue reading What I Read in June!
It is the morning of the reaping that will kick off the tenth annual Hunger Games. In the Capital, eighteen-year-old Coriolanus Snow is preparing for his one shot at glory as a mentor in the Games. The once-mighty house of Snow has fallen on hard times, its fate hanging on the slender chance that Coriolanus will be able to outcharm, outwit, and outmaneuver his fellow students to mentor the winning tribute.
Hello all! A few days ago I shared 5 of my favourite books of 2020 so far. Today I have another set of books I've loved this year that I wanted to share with you all. Be sure to check out part one of this series, here. Without further ado, here is part two of my favourite books of 2020 (so far)!
Hello all! I don't quite know how it is already nearly the end of June. That means we are almost half-way through 2020. Can you believe that? So much has happened in the first 6 months of 2020 and to be honest I am rather terrified as to what the next six months will bring.… Continue reading Favourite Books of 2020 (So Far) – Part One
