What’s On My Netgalley TBR?

Recently I’ve been much better at requesting things on Netgalley and have only been requesting things I really want to read. Currently, I have quite a few books on my Netgalley TBR but despite that I’ve still managed to keep my feedback ratio over 90% which I’m happy about.

I started writing these posts to show what was on my Netgalley TBR and to hold myself accountable when it comes to reading them. So, here are some of the books on my Netgalley TBR / shelf at the moment!

Theo and Kit have been childhood best friends, crushes, lovers and, after a brutal breakup four years ago, estranged exes.

It’s not until Theo and Kit are trapped on board a tour bus that they discover that they’ve each had the same idea: to take their dream European food and wine tour – alone. And now they’re stuck with each other for three weeks of the most romantic sights and sensuous flavours of France, Spain, and Italy. But it’ll be fine. They’re absolutely over each other.

So, when Theo suggests a friendly wager to see who can sleep with their hot Italian tour guide first, Kit is game. In fact, why stop there? Why not a full-on European hookup competition?

But sometimes a taste of everything only makes you crave what you can’t have.

I adore Casey McQuiston’s books so of course the minute this one hit Netgalley, I had to request it. I’m looking forward to reading this one whilst on holiday this summer. I think it will be perfect to read whilst I’m on my travels and I’m sure it is going to be amazing! I’ll be sure to share my thoughts when I’ve finished it.

Gwen Jackson is a musical prodigy – but she fought hard for everything she now has.

Xander Thorne comes from musical royalty – he’s a genius but it all fell in his lap.

Already tensely opposed, when Gwen takes the spot of First Chair in the New York Pops Orchestra – a position Xander has coveted for years – their hostility goes up a notch… and their chemistry on stage goes off the scale.

Forced to find a grudging respect for one another’s music, suddenly they are box office dynamite. And as the respect turns to admiration and then heated attraction, they must decide – will a note of discord ruin their perfect harmony or can this fragile romance reach its breathtaking climax?

I absolutely adored Forget Me Not by Julie Soto so of course I had to request this when it appeared on Netgalley. I love books about musicians and I’m sure the romance in this one will be exceptional. I’ve already been seeing so many amazing reviews about this one which makes me even more excited to pick it up.

This summer they’ll keep their promise. This summer they won’t give into temptation. This summer will be different.

The first time Lucy and Felix met she was on vacation on Prince Edward Island. And a tour of the beaches wasn’t the only thing he showed her. But when she discovered his true identity as her best friend, Bridget’s brother, their electric night should have become a distant memory…

Each year with Lucy and Bridget’s return for a summer escape, she promises herself she won’t end up in Felix’s arms, but it’s easier said than done.

Not this year though. This year it will be different. With Bridget facing the biggest crisis of her life, Lucy must join her for one last trip to the island.

But Felix’s sparkling eyes and flirty quips have been replaced with something new, something more and Lucy’s beginning to wonder just how safe her heart truly is.

I’ve read Carley Fortune’s books whilst on holiday for the last couple of years and I’m so excited to do that again this year. It is a summer romance which is of course perfect to read whilst by the pool. It has some of my favourite tropes too so I’m excited to pick it up and see what I think.

Eileen Merriweather loves a good love story. The fictional kind, anyway. After all, imaginary men don’t break your heart.

That’s why she’s so excited for her annual book club retreat – instead, when her car breaks down en route, Eileen finds herself in Eloraton. A town where every meet is cute, the rain always comes in the afternoon, and the bookshop is always curated with impeccable taste.

It feels too good to be true … because Eloraton is the setting of her favourite romance series. And Eileen is sure she must be here to bring the town its storybook ending.

But there’s one character she can’t place. The grumpy bookshop owner with mint-green eyes, and an irritatingly sexy mouth. He does not want Eileen to finish this story, but how else can she find her happily-ever-after?

Ashley Poston is one of my favourite romance authors at the moment and I cannot wait to have another book by her to read. So, of course I requested it as soon as I had the chance. I think it is going to be the perfect book for romance book lovers and I cannot wait to dive into it. I’ll be sure to share my thoughts after I’ve read it.

There you have it, some of the books that are on my Netgalley shelf/TBR at the minute! What have you got on your Netgalley shelf and what are you excited to read? Let me know in the comments!

Happy Reading
