Today’s post is another exciting one! Sorry I haven’t blogged recently I have had an awful lot going on and will explain it a little more in my March wrap-up. I am a subscriber of the Wildest Dreams Book Box and this will be the fourth box I have received. I have to show you the contents because I love all the things that came in the box. This is the last box I will be getting for a while. I will miss being a subscriber and I’m sure I will be purchasing it again.
This months theme is Family Ties! So, this is what is inside…. SPOILERS AHEAD!
Each box contains a little contents sheet that explains all that is inside the box. Each item gets its own little description. I always quickly put this to one side to stop myself from seeing what is inside the box and spoiling it for myself.
This months box included an exclusive to the Wildest Dreams box! A Harry Potter inspired Geeky Clean body-wash/ bubble bath. This body-wash called The Weasleys and is orange scented and orange coloured. I think this is a brilliant tribute to the Weasley family. I have been using this in the shower all week and I am loving it.
The next thing that is included in this book is the The Carters Tea. This tea is made by Rosie Lea Tea, who are a British based company that create all sorts of wonderful flavours of tea. A lot of these teas are literary themed. This tea included in the book is a The Hate U Give inspired tea. It pays tribute to the Carters who are the family featured in this book. The Carters tea is English Breakfast flavour. I love Zoe’s reason for putting this flavour of tea in the box because there is nothing better than drinking cups of tea with your family.
The book that is included in this box is Far From the Tree by Robin Benway. I nearly bought this book just the day before the box arrived so I am really glad that I didn’t. It sounds so interesting and like something I will really enjoy reading. Zoe added a pack of Far From the Tree tissues to this book so it looks like this book i going to make a lot of people cry. Here is the synopsis:
“Being the middle child has its ups and downs.
But for Grace, an only child who was adopted at birth, discovering that she is a middle child is a different ride altogether. After putting her own baby up for adoption, she goes looking for her biological family, including—
Maya, her loudmouthed younger bio sister, who has a lot to say about their newfound family ties. Having grown up the snarky brunette in a house full of chipper redheads, she’s quick to search for traces of herself among these not-quite-strangers. And when her adopted family’s long-buried problems begin to explode to the surface, Maya can’t help but wonder where exactly it is that she belongs.
And Joaquin, their stoic older bio brother, who has no interest in bonding over their shared biological mother. After seventeen years in the foster care system, he’s learned that there are no heroes, and secrets and fears are best kept close to the vest, where they can’t hurt anyone but him.”
Also included in the box is a personalised note from Robin Benway all about the book.
There you have it, this months Wildest Dreams Book Box. This post is in no way sponsored by Wildest Dreams or any of company included in the box. I just wanted to share the wonderful box with you all.
