Happy July everyone! It is time for another book haul! This haul consists of 8 books which is a more than I thought it would be. It has books gifted from publishers, pre-orders and a present for myself too. Here is my June book haul!
June is almost over and this month has absolutely flown by! I spent a lot of the month in Lanzarote and then the rest of the month relaxing and reading. Here is what happened in June!
Throughout June I have read a total of 15 books! I had an amazing 16 days away in Lanzarote this month which mean I got to read a lot more books than I normally would do. I do feel like I'm in a little bit of a reading slump now but still it has been an incredible reading month. So, I am back with another what I’ve read this month post. Here is a bunch of mini reviews for the books I read in June!
After 3 years of waiting, me and David finally got to go on holiday to Lanzarote again. We were booked to go in 2020 but the pandemic got in the way. So, I am so glad we finally got to go back to the place that we love. We were there for 16 days and had such an amazing time. I wanted to do a little holiday recap post so that I could look back on the memories in a few years from now. So, here is my trip to Lanzarote recap!
I am back with another 'currently I'm...' post. A while ago, I started doing these posts all because of how noisy I am. I love knowing what other people are currently reading, watching and listening to. Here are my currents for this month!
One of the books I saved to take on holiday with me was Book Lovers by Emily Henry. By the time this post goes live, I should have read the book and I imagine I'll have loved it. Before I read this book, I saw a few quotes from it and this one in particular is so beautiful. So, I wanted to do what I normally do with a book that I enjoy, which is pick a quote from it and get designing.
We are very nearly half-way through 2022. So, I wanted to do the mid-year book freak out tag! I've done this tag for a few years now and always love reading last years answers. So, here is the mid-year book freak out!
Last year, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. It took me nine long years to get diagnosed with this chronic illness. Since the age of 14 I've been struggling with endometriosis and finally getting that diagnosis felt like a huge weight off my shoulders. Ever since I've been looking for books that have endometriosis representation.
