I am always requesting things on Netgalley, which means my Netgalley TBR is never-ending. This is both a good and bad thing. Good because it means lots of books and bad because it means my TBR grows and grows. I do love talking about the books that I am excited about reading though and in turn it makes me more excited to read them. There have been so many amazing books on my Netgalley shelf over the years and it is a place I’ve found so many new authors. Here is what is on my Netgalley shelf / TBR!

You’ve Reached Sam by Dustin Thao

How do you move forward when everything you love in on the line?
Seventeen-year-old Julie has her future all planned out—move out of her small town with her boyfriend Sam, attend college in the city, spend a summer in Japan. But then Sam dies. And everything changes. Desperate to hear his voice one more time, Julie calls Sam’s cellphone just to listen to his voicemail. And Sam picks up the phone.
What would you do if you had a second chance at goodbye?
This has been on my Netgalley TBR for such a long time now but I have finally started reading it and I am loving it so far. It has such an interesting concept so I had to request it because of that but the cover being as beautiful as it is helped a little. I cannot wait to share my thoughts on this one with you very soon!

How We Fall Apart by Katie Zhao

Nancy Luo is shocked when her former best friend, Jamie Ruan, top-ranked junior at Sinclair Prep, goes missing, and then is found dead. Nancy is even more shocked when word starts to spread that she and her friends – Krystal, Akil, and Alexander – are the prime suspects, thanks to “the Proctor,” someone anonymously incriminating them via the school’s social media app.
They all used to be Jamie’s closest friends, and she knew each of their deepest, darkest secrets. Now, somehow the Proctor knows them, too. The four must uncover the true killer before The Proctor exposes more than they can bear and costs them more than they can afford, like Nancy’s full scholarship. Soon, Nancy suspects that her friends may be keeping secrets from her, too.
This book has been promoted as Crazy Rich Asians meets One of Us is Lying which drew me in immediately. Then I read the synopsis and I was even more excited to give it a read. It looks like is going to be a thrilling read and has been getting amazing reviews already. I cannot wait to share my thoughts!

The Fake-Up by Justin Myers

Dylan and Flo are on the rocks. Of course they are in love. Obviously they want it to work. But sometimes it feels like the world is against them. Their flat is falling apart, their friends never stop meddling and the obstacles keeping them from their dreams are insurmountable. Maybe they just . . . aren’t meant to be?
The break-up completely shatters them both. While Flo cries in her Mum’s kitchen, penning ballads about heartache, Dylan is forced to sleep on his best friend’s sofa and channel his pain into acting.
And, unexpectedly, their stars begin to rise.
Soon Dylan and Flo are on the cusp of everything they’ve ever wanted. There’s only one problem: they can’t be without one another, but their hard-won futures depend on their estrangement. Can they keep their relationship a secret from the world? Or has fate conspired to keep them apart for good?
This book does not even have a cover yet is is that far away from release. As soon as I saw the opportunity to access this via Netgalley I knew I had to. I’ve heard so many incredible things about Justin Myers books in the past so I cannot wait to see what I think of his latest. I will share my thoughts with you all soon!
