October is here and it is my favourite month of the year! So, I’m back with another book haul. This one consists of 12 books. Some were gifted by publishers, a couple are pre-orders and others I’ve picked up on days out. Here is my September book haul.

On a day out with friends at the beginning of the month I picked up two books. The first was Before We Say Goodbye by Toshikazu Kawaguchi, I already have an ARC of this but I wanted to add a finished book to my collection and the bonus was it’s signed. The second was The Woman in the Library by Sulari Gentill which has been on my wishlist for a long while.
A couple of pre-orders arrived this month. The first being Everything is Everything by Clive Myrie. I’ve started to read this one and it is excellent. I’m a big fan of Clive so I’m looking forward to reading more of this one. Then, my pre-order of Every Exquisite Thing by Laura Steven arrived. I’m hoping to read this one soon!
I was incredibly lucky to be gifted a few books by publishers this month. Little Tiger gifted me a copy of Only this Beautiful Moment by Abdi Nazemian which is out November and I’m looking forward to reading. Harper360 gifted me a copy of Every Time You Go Away by Abigail Johnson which is out in December and I can’t wait to read! Chicken House gifted me a copy of Channel Fear by Lisa Richardson which is out now and is going to be perfect for the spooky season.
Pan Macmillian gifted me two wonderful packages this month. One had When Ghosts Call Us Home by Katya de Becerra insides. This is out in a couple of days and is at the top of my TBR. The other had This Dark Decent by Kalyn Josephson which sounds excellent and is out now. Finally, Little Brown Books gifted me a copy of Cleat Cute by Meryl Wilsner which I’ve been wanting to read for so long and is out now.
At the end of the month, me and my husband went on a trip to the local bookshop and he bought me a couple of books. The first was The Long Game by Elena Armas which is going to be one of my next reads. The second was Wanderlust by Elle Everhart which I’ve had my eye on for a little while now.
So, I ended the month with 12 more books than I began it with. Thank you so much to the publishers who gifted some of the books included in this haul!
