December is here, which means we are into the last month of 2023. So, I am back with another book haul! This one consists of 14 books. This haul consists of books gifted by publishers, pre-orders and books I’ve picked up throughout the month. Here is my November book haul.

One of my most anticipated pre-orders arrived this month and I cannot wait to read it very soon. It was Betting on You by Lynn Painter which I’m sure I will love!
My local supermarket had an amazing selection of books this month. I’ve already read two of the ones I picked up at the beginning of the month which were Check & Mate by Ali Hazelwood and Good Material by Dolly Alderton. Both are books I would highly recommend.
At the end of the month, I picked up another couple from the supermarket. They were Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby van Pelt and The Goodbye Cat by Hiro Arikawa. I’ve had my eye on both of them for a while now and I’m so glad I picked them up.
I was incredibly lucky to be gifted a few books by publishers this month. Penguin gifted me a copy Say You’ll Be My Jaan by Naina Kumar which is out on the 18th January and sounds exellent. Macmillan gifted me a copy of A Tempest of Tea by Hafsah Faizal which is out on 20th February and sounds incredible! Lastly, Allen & Unwin gifted me a copy Emmett by L.C Rosen which is out now and I’m looking forward to reading!
It is safe to say I’m prepared for my Christmas reading this year. I picked up a few more Christmas books this month. They were Wreck the Halls by Tessa Bailey and A Holly Jolly Ever After by Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone which I’m excited for. Also, Make You Mine This Christmas by Lizzie Huxley-Jones which I’ve wanted to read since last year!
At the end of the month I went on a shopping trip with my best friend Sarah. Of course that resulted in some books being bought. I picked up How Do You Live? by Genzaburo Yoshino which has been on my wishlist for a while. Also The Tatami Galaxy by Tomihiko Morimi and Dallergut Dream Department Store by Miye Lee both of which I’ve had my eye on for a while and can’t wait to read.
So, I ended the month with 14 more books than I began it with. Thank you so much to the publishers who gifted some of the books included in this haul!

What books did you get in November and what books are you excited about in December? Let me know in the comments!
