One day I will only be reading one book, watching one series and listening to one thing. But, today is not that day. I’m always intrigued by what other people are reading, watching and listening to. I think that it is a very good way to learn more about other people and to get recommendations at the same time.
So, I started doing the ‘Currently I’m…‘ posts to share my current reads, watches and what I’m listening to with other people who are just as curious as I am. Here is what I am currently reading, watching and listening to.
Currently I’m Reading…
I’m reading three books at the moment. Two physical books and an eBook.
The first physical book I’m reading is The Prospects by KT Hoffman. I’ve only just started reading it but I’m enjoying it already and excited to read more and see what happens.
The second physical book I’m reading is The Ballad of Never After by Stephanie Garber. I’m buddy reading this one with my best friend, Sarah, and I’m enjoying it so far. I’m enjoying it more than the first book in the series too.
Finally, the eBook I’m reading is The Good, The Bad, and the Aunties by Jesse Sutanto. I started this one a couple of nights ago and have read a little bit of it. I’ve seen some mixed reviews on this one but I’m still excited to see how this series will continue.
Currently I’m Listening to…
For once, I’m actually listening to some different things! I’m still listening to The 1975 because they are my favourites. But, I’m also listening to a lot more of the Wallows and Luke Hemmings. I’ve got tickets to see both later on this year so I’ve had their music on repeat recently.
Currently I’m Watching…
I’m watching a couple of things at the minute. The first I’m watching with David and that is Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. It is David’s favourite series and I’ve been surprised by how much I’m enjoying it. Also, I’m watching The Program: Cons, Cults, and Kidnapping which is a shocking and heart-breaking watch that I would highly recommend.

I always have multiple books on the go and right now I have 3. They are Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout, Belladonna by Adalyn Grace and Empire of the Vampire by Jay Kristoff.
As for what I’ve been watching, I kind of been on a Millie Bobby Brown kick. I love her so I watched her newest movie Damsel on Netflix and then proceeded to rewatch both Enola Holmes and Enola Holmes 2 which are also on Netflix. I also started rewatching Heartstopper after it was announced that season 3 will come out in October. I’ve already made it through season one now on to season two.
And music I also just listen to my likes list on Spotify but I’ve really been into a few songs off of Ariana Grande’s newest album and those are yes, and?, imperfect for you, we can’t be friends (wait for your love) and eternal sunshine.
