February Book Haul!

It is time for another monthly book haul! I’m surprised again that this haul only consists of 9 books. This haul consists of pre-orders, presents for myself and a few books gifted from publishers. Here is my February book haul!

At the beginning of the month, I decided to randomly treat myself to a book that had been on my wishlist for a long time. It was Weather Girl by Rachel Lynn Solomon! I am so excited to read this one very soon.

Throughout February I was lucky enough to be gifted a few books by publishers. The lovely Rock the Boat gifted a copy of I Am Not You Perfect Mexican Daughter by Erika L. Sanchez. I am looking forward to reading this one as it has got some amazing reviews. Zaffre publishing gifted me a copy of The Last Library by Freya Sampson which I immediately read and adored. It was so much fun to read. Lastly, Faber gifted me a copy of Ellie Pillai is Brown by Christine Pillainayagam. I am so looking forward to reading this one very soon.

I went on a little day trip with friends towards the end of the month and of course I picked up some books. I picked up A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman because I read my first book by the author last month an immediately wanted to read more by him. Also, I picked up Love, Locked Down by Beth Reekles because it sounds like it is right up my street. Then, I picked up Sex and Vanity by Kevin Kwan and Firekeeper’s Daughter by Angeline Boulley. These have both been on my wishlist for such a long time, so I finally picked them up.

Finally, my pre-order of The Girl Who Fell Beneath The Sea by Axie Oh arrived. I’ve been looking forward to reading this book for such a long time now. I adored Axie Oh’s first book so cannot wait to read this one.

Overall, the month ended with me owning 9 more books than I did at the start!

What books did you buy in February and what books are you excited for in March? Let me know in the comments!
