I am always on the lookout for another book tag to do. So, when I saw the A to Z book tag on ZeZeewithBooks I immediately wanted to give it a go. It is full of fun questions and I’m looking forward to seeing my answers. Here is the A to Z Book Tag!

A – Author you’ve read the most books from
This is either Taylor Jenkins Reid or Alice Oseman. I’ve read every single book both of these authors have had published and sometimes even re-read them. So it is definitely one or the other.
B – Best sequel ever
I’m going to go with Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. Still to this day, I think this is one of the best sequels there it. It is actually my favourite book in the trilogy. I’ve re-read it multiple times too.
C – Currently reading
I am currently reading And Away… by Bob Mortimer. I adore Bob Mortimer and reading his biography has made me like him even more. If you are at all intrigued by him and his life, I would highly recommend it.
D – Drink of choice whilst reading
This tends to be Dr. Pepper Zero! I always have a can or a glass of Dr. Pepper Zero by my side wherever I am so it is always my drink of choice no matter what.
E – E-reader or physical books
Physical books always. I much prefer having a physical book in my hands over having to read a book on an e-reader. E-readers have their benefits though as it means I can read led down in bed. I still prefer a physical book though.
F – Fictional character you would date
Peter Kavinsky from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han always!
G – Glad you gave this book a chance
This is definitely Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I was reluctant to read any books by TJR for fear of them being overhyped. I’m so glad I picked it and then her other books up though as they are spectacular!
H – Hidden gem book
I’m going to stay Meet Me in Mumbai by Sabina Khan. I don’t feel like this has got enough love since it was released. It is such an amazing book that I cannot recommend enough.
I – Important moment in your reading life
I’m going to say something that happened a few days ago whilst I was at work. For context I am a library manager and sometimes have the opportunity to speak at school assemblies about the library service. The day after one of those assemblies, a young boy came into one of my libraries and said to me ‘you’re the reason I want to start reading!’. It was such a lovely comment for him to make and made me feel like I was making a difference.
J – Just Finished
I recently finished Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas and I loved it.
K – Kind of books you won’t read
High fantasy. They are a genre I really struggle to get into and understand.
L – Longest book you’ve read
It will be one of the books from the Harry Potter series I’m sure. The longest book I’ve read this year is The First to Die at the End by Adam Silvera.
M – Major book hangover because of
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid left me like a shell of a human.
N – Number of bookcases you own
I only own one at the moment. I will be adding a few more to my collection shortly but I currently only have one. The rest of my books are in piles around the bookcase.
O – One book you’ve read multiple times
To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han is one book I have re-read so many times. I tend to read the entire series at least once a year because I adore it.
P – Preferred place to read
I would say either on my couch at home or outside in the sunshine (especially whilst on holiday).
Q – Quote that inspires you from a book you’ve read
This:

R – Reading regret
Allowing my old school librarian ruin my love for reading whilst at high school by trying to make me read nothing but classics. I missed out on 5 years of reading because of that. I wish I had just kept reading what I wanted to read.
S – Series you started and need to finish
The Beartown series by Fredrik Backman. I’ve read the first book but need to read the other two.
T – Three of your all-time favourite books
Theses:

U – Unapologetic fangirl for
The Heartstopper series by Alice Oseman! I adore this series and I’m so glad it has been made into a TV series.
V – Very excited for this release
Happy Place by Emily Henry which is coming out next April!
W – Worst bookish habit
I read way too many books at once and sometimes it leads me to get lost where I am up to with them all.
X – X-Marks the spot: Start at the top-left of your bookcase and pick the 27th book
Hold Back the Rid by Melina Salisbury.
Y – Your latest book purchase
Conversations on Love by Natasha Lunn.
Z – Z-snatcher (last book to keep you awake)
Carrie Soto is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid had me up until the early morning as I couldn’t put it down.

There you have the A to Z book tag! IT was so much fun to do this one and write all the answers. What would your answers to some of theses be? Let me know in the comments below!
