We are officially in December which means Christmas is almost here. Of course, that means I’d love get get some Christmas themed books read this month. I wanted to share my Christmas season TBR with you all because I am beyond excited to start reading them. Here are the book I’d like to read before Christmas!

Love in Winter Wonderland by Abiola Bello
Trey Anderson is popular and handsome, and he works at his family’s beloved Black-owned bookshop, Wonderland. Ariel Spencer is quirky, creative, and in need of a holiday temp job to cover her tuition for The Artists’ Studio. An opening at Wonderland is the answer . . . and the start of a hate-to-love journey for Trey and Ariel. When Trey and Ariel learn that Wonderland is on the brink of shutting down, can they get over their differences and team up to stop the doors from closing before the Christmas Eve deadline?

A Christmas romance novel with book lovers? Yes please! This one sounds like it will be a lovely book to make you feel cosy in the run up to Christmas. This is the authors YA debut novel and I’ve already heard amazing things about her middle grade books. So, I’m looking forward to seeing what I think of this one.
A Merry Little Meet Cute by Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone
Bee Hobbes (aka Bianca Von Honey) has a successful career as a plus-size adult film star. With a huge following and two supportive moms, Bee couldn’t ask for more. But when Bee’s favorite producer casts her to star in a Christmas movie he’s making for the squeaky-clean Hope Channel, Bee’s career is about to take a more family-friendly direction.
Forced to keep her work as Bianca under wraps, Bee quickly learns this is a task a lot easier said than done. Though it all becomes worthwhile when she discovers her co-star is none other than childhood crush Nolan Shaw, an ex-boy band member in desperate need of career rehab. Nolan’s promised his bulldog manager to keep it zipped up on set, and he will if it means he’ll be able to provide a more stable living situation for his sister and mom.

This one sounds amazing! It sounds like it will be a unique and fun holiday read too. I’ve read Julie Murphy’s books in the past and thoroughly enjoyed them but have never read anything by Sierra Simone so I’m looking forward to how the pair write together. I have high hopes for this one and will share my thoughts soon!
Whiteout by Dhonielle Clayton, Tiffany D. Jackson, Nic Stone, Angie Thomas, Ashley Woodfolk and Nicola Yoon
As the city grinds to a halt, twelve teens band together to help a friend pull off the most epic apology of her life. But will they be able to make it happen, in spite of the storm?
No one is prepared for this whiteout. But then, we can’t always prepare for the magical moments that change everything.

I read Blackout by these authors last year and I absolutely loved it. So, when I saw they were releasing another book this time in a snowstorm I pre-ordered it immediately. I’ve actually started reading this one and I am loving it so far. I cannot wait to see what this amazing author team do this time.
Window Shopping by Tessa Bailey
Two weeks before Christmas and all through Manhattan,
shop windows are decorated in red and green satin.
I’m standing alone in front of the famous Vivant department store,
when a charming man named Aiden asks my opinion of the décor.
It’s a tragedy in tinsel, I say, unable to lie.
He asks for a better idea with a twinkle in his eye.
Did I know he owned the place? No. He put me on the spot.
Now I’m working for that man, trying to ignore that he’s hot.
But as a down on her luck girl with a difficult past,
I know an opportunity when I see one—and I have to make it last.
I’ll put my heart and soul into dressing his holiday windows.
I’ll work without stopping.
And when we lose the battle with temptation,
I’ll try and remember I’m just window shopping.

I wanted to read this one before last Christmas but could not get my hands on it. So, when I saw it in my local book shop recently I picked it up immediately. Tessa Bailey’s books may not be my favourites but I know I can rely on her writing for a book that will make me happy for a while. I’m looking forward to reading this one!
