I am always interested in what other people are reading, watching and listening to. I think it is an excellent way to get to know people and get some recommendations. So, I started doing the ‘Currently I’m…‘ posts to share my current reads, watches and what I’m listening to with other people who are just as curious as I am. Here is what I am currently reading, watching and listening to.
Currently I’m Reading…
Of course, I am reading more than one book at the moment. I’ve got a physical book, an eBook and an audiobook on the go.
The physical book I’m reading is Romantic Comedy by Curtis Sittenfeld. I’m a fair way into this one and I’m enjoying it a lot. It is one of them books you pick up and get immersed in completely. I’m looking forward to seeing how it ends.
The audiobook I’m reading is For You and Only You by Caroline Kepnes. I’m not very far into this one but I’m enjoying it. I’m intrigued to see where this next instalment in Joe Goldberg’s life will take us and how it will differ from the TV show.
The eBook I’m reading is Imogen, Obviously by Becky Albertalli. Again, this is one I’ve only just started but I am enjoying it. I’m happy to be back reading another Becky Albertalli book and look forward to sharing my thoughts on it.
Currently I’m Listening to…
I have a few albums on repeat at the minute. I’ve got a playlist of all songs ever released by The 1975 on repeat and that is what I am listening to most of the time. Also, I’ve got Aurora by Daisy Jones & The Six on repeat as it still has me hooked. Finally, I can’t stop listening to I Loved a Boy by Thomas Headon. It is his latest release and is excellent, I’d recommend giving it a listen!
Currently I’m Watching…
I’m watching a few different things at the minute. I’m watching the latest series of Taskmaster as and when it is released. I adore this show and always find some amazing new-to-me comedians thanks to it. Also, I am eagerly waiting for each episode of Race Across the World. If you haven’t watched it yet, I cannot recommend it enough. It is fun, thrilling and shows off some beautiful places across the world. Finally, I’m binge-watching The Night Agent on Netflix and I don’t want it to end! It is extraordinary and has been keeping me on edge!
