Happy June everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I am back with another book haul. I thought I hadn’t picked up a lot of books this month but somehow this haul still consists of 11 books. This one consists of 11 books. Some were gifted by publishers, some are pre-orders and a few I’ve picked up on my days out. Here is my May book haul!

On a bookshop trip at the beginning of May, I picked up three books. They were Honey & Spice by Bolu Babalola which I am hoping to read whilst on holiday. Also, Death of a Bookseller by Alice Slater and Where the Light Goes by Sara Barnard. I’ve read both of them already and enjoyed them both a lot.
May has been a month of pre-orders as I had four arrive this month. Happy Place by Emily Henry which is one of my favourite books of this year so far and is stunning! Also, the exclusive edition of Cursed Crowns by Catherine Doyle and Katherine Webber which I cannot wait to read. I forgot I pre-ordered Lose You to Find Me by Erik J. Brown which made me even more excited to read it when it did arrive, I’m sure it is going to be amazing. My last pre-order to arrive was Meet Me at the Lake by Carley Fortune which is another I want to read on holiday this year!
Throughout May, I was lucky enough to be gifted a book by the lovely people at Usborne. They gifted me a copy of The Boy You Always Wanted by Michelle Quach which I am so excited to read as I loved the authors previous book.
On my last bookshop trip of the month, I picked up another three books. They were Gwen & Art Are Not in Love by Lex Croucher, Counterfeit by Kirsten Chen and The True Love Experiment by Christina Lauren. I’ve seen so much about all three of these so of course I am hoping to read them very soon,
So, I ended the month with 11 more books than I began it with. Thank you so much to the publisher who gifted one of the books included in this haul!

What books did you get in May and what books are you excited about in June? Let me know in the comments!
