September has completely flown by. I can’t believe we are getting towards the end of 2023. This month has been a busy one. I’ve bought a lot of concert tickets, been on days out and visited the zoo. Here is what happened in September!

I read 11 books throughout September which I’m quite happy with. I enjoyed all of the books I read this month, some more than others. I started the month spending a lot of money on concert tickets. The 1975 announced a tour right at the end of August with the mention it would be their last for a while. So, of course I couldn’t miss out on seeing them at least once. Three days of getting tickets later and I’m seeing them on three dates and I cannot wait!
Myself and my friends went on a lovely day out together this month. We spent the day wandering round bookshops in Manchester catching up and reading together. I finished that day with a meal out with my Mum and sister which was lovely too.
Days later I was meeting up with another of my friends. We caught up on things going on, ate some lovely food and did some book shopping. A lovely and well-needed catch-up!
I went on a few walks this month too. One of them involved me falling into a stream because I’m extremely clumsy. But, I was fine and it certainly hasn’t put me off going on walks.
Most of my family went on a trip to the zoo at the end of the month which was lovely. We took my grandparents on a trip to see all the animals which we all enjoyed. We finished the day with some fish and chips which was lovely!
Lastly, we had out new sofas delivered this month. I’m writing this post whilst sat on them and they are wonderful. I’m so happy with them!
September has been a lovely month full of all sorts of different things. I’m looking forward to what October brings!

That is it, September is almost over. I cannot wait to see what October holds. What has September been like for you and what have you read? Let me know in the comments below!
