I love a good book tag! They always ask interesting questions and get you thinking. So, when I saw the Books I’ll Probably Never Read tag on ZeZeewithBooks I knew I had to give it a go! Here is the Books I’ll Probably Never Read tag!
A hyped book you’re not interested in reading
I’m going to say any book by Colleen Hoover. I’ve read one book by her and it really wasn’t for me and has put me off her other books. I know a lot of people love her books but they really aren’t for me.
A series you won’t start / won’t be finishing
The A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas is a series that I don’t plan on starting. It isn’t a series that takes my interest and I don’t think I can invest so much time into something I don’t know if I’ll enjoy.
A classic you’re not interested in
I think I’m going to have to say Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. It is the classic I would say I’m least interested in. My husband reads a lot of classics and has been trying to recommend me some recently so I’m a lot more open to classics than I used to be. But, I don’t think Frankenstein is for me.
Any genres you never read
I wouldn’t say there are any I’d never give at least a try. I don’t particularly enjoy fantasy or historical fiction but I wouldn’t say I will never give them a read. I think sometimes you just have to give them a go and see what you think because you never know.
A book on your shelves you’ll probably never read
I’ve just stood on at my book shelves for a good 5 minutes seeing if there are any books on there that I wouldn’t read. Over the past couple of years, I’ve made sure to only buy books I’d actually want to read. So, I think I will at least try my best to read all the books on my shelves.
