I’m always fascinated by what other people are reading, watching and listening to. It is always a good way to learn more about other people and to get recommendations at the same time.
So, I started doing the ‘Currently I’m…‘ posts to share my current reads, watches and what I’m listening to with other people who are just as curious as I am. Here is what I am currently reading, watching and listening to.
Currently I’m Reading…
It will come as a shock to no one that I am reading more than one book at the moment. I’ve got a physical book, an audiobook and an eBook on the go currently.
The physical book I’m reading is Kiss the Girl by Zoraida Córdova. I’m not too far into this one but I’m enjoying it so far. I’m excited to see what is going to happen throughout this one and how it takes on The Little Mermaid retelling.
The audiobook I’m reading is Funny Feelings by Tarah DeWitt. I’ve been listening to this one whilst I’ve been out on my walks and I’m enjoying it. It is the perfect book to read going into autumn. I’m not too far off finishing it now and I can’t wait to see how it ends.
Finally, the eBook I’m reading is Sincerely Yours, Anna Sherwood by Beth Reekles. I’m not too far into this one but I’m enjoying it so far. I’ve enjoyed the books by Beth Reekles I’ve read in the past so I’m looking forward to seeing what I think of this one.
Currently I’m Listening to…
Most of my time in the past month has been spent listening to my The 1975 playlist. It has all their songs on it and has been my go-to listen for the majority of the year. I’ve also been listening to Arthur Hill’s new single Bride and the Gloom. I’ve been waiting for it to be released since seeing Arthur live in July. Also, Thomas Headon’s EP has been on repeat all month!
Currently I’m Watching…
I’m watching a few different things on TV at the moment. The first is Married at First Sight UK. I put this on one night for something to keep in the background and ever since I’ve watched every episode and I’m hooked. Also, me and David are watching the latest series of Taskmaster. Once again, it is hilarious and we are loving it. Finally, I’m watching Still Up and can’t wait for the next episode to be released. It is heart-warming and hilarious and I’d highly recommend it.
