Does a month ever go by when I’m not reading too many books, watching too much TV and listening to too many things. I’m always intrigued by what other people are reading, watching and listening to. I think that it is a very good way to learn more about other people and to get recommendations at the same time.
So, I started doing the ‘Currently I’m…‘ posts to share my current reads, watches and what I’m listening to with other people who are just as curious as I am. Here is what I am currently reading, watching and listening to.
Currently I’m Reading…
I’m actually not reading too many books at the moment for a change! I’ve just finished the audiobook I was listening to. So, I only have a physical book and an eBook on the go.
The physical book I’m reading at the moment is A Winter in New York by Josie Silver. I’m not too far into this one yet but I am enjoying it and I think it will be another fun Christmas book to add to my collection this year.
The eBook I’m reading is Snowed In by Catherine Walsh. I’m not to far into this one either but I’m loving it so far. Her previous Christmas novel was one of my favourites in 2022. So, I’m looking forward to reading more of this one.
Currently I’m Listening to…
I’ve been listening to the same things pretty much non-stop since the start of the year. That is why my ‘Top songs of 2023‘ playlist contains three artists more than others. They are The 1975, Arthur Hill and Thomas Headon. I’ve been listening to any of their songs on repeat this month and I’m sure I will be doing for months to come! I love them all a lot.
Currently I’m Watching…
I’m watching a few things on TV at the moment. After hearing about Andre Braugher’s passing I’ve been re-watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It is one of my comfort TV shows so it feel lovely to watch it all again.
Me and David have been watching Red Dwarf together and we are loving it. It is such a funny programme. We did watch a while ago but felt like we were due a re-watch of it.
Also, I’m watching Dash & Lily like I do every year in the lead up to Christmas. It is a one of my favourite things to watch around Christmas time. If you haven’t watched it yet, I would highly recommend it!
