I’m doing better at the moment and not reading too many books. But, that doesn’t mean I’m only reading, watching and listening to a couple of things. It is still more than normal.
I’m always intrigued by what other people are reading, watching and listening to. I think that it is a very good way to learn more about other people and to get recommendations at the same time.
So, I started doing the ‘Currently I’m…‘ posts to share my current reads, watches and what I’m listening to with other people who are just as curious as I am. Here is what I am currently reading, watching and listening to.
Currently I’m Reading…
I’m actually only reading two books at the moment. I’ve limited myself recently to not reading too many books because I was getting overwhelmed. So, I’m reading a physical book and an eBook.
The physical book I’m reading is At First Spite by Olivia Dade. I’ve only just started it but it has been good so far. I’m looking forward to reading more and seeing what I think.
The eBook I’m reading is Talking at Night by Claire Daverley. I’ve only just started this one but I’m already thoroughly enjoying it. I’ve seen so many amazing reviews about this one so I’m looking forward to reading more.
Currently I’m Listening to…
I blame seeing The 1975 a lot this month for this, but I’ve been listening to them non-stop ever since. I was listening to them all the time already but it is worse now. I love their music so much and don’t think I’ll ever get bored. I’ve also got Arthur Hill’s new single Don’t Look at Me Like That on repeat after it was released a couple of days before seeing him live too.
Currently I’m Watching…
I’m watching a couple of things at the moment! The first is the Netflix adaptation of One Day which is beautiful so far. I know it is going to break my heart at some point and I’m not ready for that. The other is Here We Go which I love. It is hilarious and heart-warming. I would highly recommend it.

I currently have 3 books on the go at the moment. I should be finishing both Butcher & Blackbird by Brynne Weaver and Lost in the Moment and Found by Seanan McGuire today. I’ve also started Wolfsong by TJ Klune but I’m only 2 chapter into it so far.
I’m always just putting my Spotify likes playlist on and listening to those songs on repeat but I have added some new songs lately that I’ve been loving. I’ve been really loving Jess Glynne lately specifically the songs Enough and I’ll Be There as well as Bad Timing by Blindlove so far this year I haven’t watched anything that wasn’t YouTube.
