February Book Haul!

Happy March everyone! Despite the fact that February is the shortest month of the year, it seems I’ve hauled the most books I have in a while. So, I’m back with another book haul that consists of 17 books. It has some books kindly gifted by publishers, presents for myself and a pre-order. Here is my February book haul!

At the start of February I went on a trip to Glasgow to see The 1975. Whilst there, of course I did some book shopping. I picked up Bride by Ali. Hazelwood, Strangers by Taichi Yamada and The Takedown by Carlie Walker which all sounds amazing. Then, on our visit to the Barras Market I found a second-hand copy of The Skull by Jon Klassen and couldn’t leave without it.

Whilst in Manchester, to see The 1975 (again), I took a trip to my favourite Waterstones! I picked Green Dot by Madeleine Gray, I Hope This Doesn’t Find You by Ann Liang and In Ascension by Martin MacInnes. All of these sound incredible and I cannot wait to read them.

I was incredibly lucky this month to be gifted a few books by publishers. Orbit gifted me a copy of Breaks by Emma Vieceli and Malin Ryden which is out now. I cannot wait to pick this one up very soon. Rock the Boat gifted me a copy of Dead Happy by Josh Silver which is out on 2nd May and is the sequel to HappyHead. I’m so excited to pick this one up and see what happens next. Pan Macmillian gifted me a copy of A Tempest of Tea by Hafsah Faizal which is out now. I’ve seen so many amazing things about this one, so I’m excited to give it a read.

Little Brown Books gifted me a few books this month which I’ve very grateful for. The first was At First Spite by Olivia Dade which is out now and I’m loving so far. The next was Lobster by Hollie McNish which is out on 14th March. I’ve been reading parts of this each day and have been enjoying it. Finally was a copy of The Other Side of Disappearing by Kate Clayborn which is out on 26th March. This one sounds amazing and I can’t wait to read it.

My local supermarkets have had an amazing selection of books in throughout February and I picked a few up. These included Don’t Swipe Right by L.M. Chilton, Maybe Next Time by Cesca Major and Fool Me Once by Ashley Winstead. These all sounded excellent and the deal on them was too good to miss.

I had one pre-order arrive this month and it was Fangirl Down by Tessa Bailey. I’m unsure what I’m going to think of this one but excited to co-read it with my best friend.

So, I ended the month with 17 more books than I began it with. Thank you so much to the publishers who gifted some of the books included in this haul!

What books did you get in February and what books are you excited about in March? Let me know in the comments!
