Spring Book Tag!

It feels like Spring is finally here and it won’t be long before I can sit outside and read my book! So, I thought it would be fun to give the Spring book tag a go. I did this back in 2022 but wanted to give it another to see how my answers differ. Here is the Spring book tag!

I’m a mood reader so TBR’s don’t really work for me. But, there are a couple of books I’d like to read before Spring is over. I want to read Nuclear Family by Kate Davies and Funny Story by Emily Henry as they are on my immediate TBR!

I love a nice cosy book for Spring which are thought-provoking at times. I think they are perfect to read both under a blanket but then outside in the sun when the weather gets better. So, I would recommend One Day by David Nicholls, Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi and Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez. All three are excellent in different ways!

There are so many books I’m looking forward to at the moment. The two which I’m most excited about are This Summer Will be Different by Carley Fortune and The Girl in Question by Tess Sharpe. I will be reading both of these as soon as they arrive.

Do you know what, I think Dexter Mayhew from One Day would make an excellent Easter bunny. I won’t elaborate further!

I think Abby Jimenez’s books make me think of summer. I don’t quite know why. Maybe it is because I read a lot of her books last Spring. If you haven’t read her books yet you are missing out!

I’m going to say Late Bloomer by Mazey Eddings which comes out next month. The cover of it has a couple kissing surrounded by roses and I’m looking forward to reading it.

I have no clue! Does anyone have any ideas?

I absolutely love sitting outside in the sun and reading my book. Or, listening to an audiobook whilst out on a lovely walk.

I loved The Getaway List by Emma Lord and I would highly recommend it. The cover has two people riding bikes on it which I think is a Spring activity! I would highly recommend it.

My favourite authors at the moment are Taylor Jenkins Reid, Fredrik Backman and Emily Henry. I love all of their books and they always blow me away. I would highly recommend their books if you haven’t read them yet.

There you have it, the Spring Book tag! That was a lot of fun to do and give it another go. My answers have certainly changed. What is your favourite things about Spring? Let me know in the comments below!
