I’m currently on holiday and I’m sure when this goes live I’ll have been having an amazing time. My holiday plan is to read books, relax, explore, spend time with David and in the sun.
Of course, I’m taking lots of books with me. A couple of days ago I shared part one of my TBR and today I will be sharing part two. I hope I get round to reading all these books on holiday, but we shall see. Here is part two of my holiday TBR!

Seven Summers by Paige Toon
Liv and Finn meet six summers ago working in a bar on the rugged Cornish coastline, their futures full of promise. When a night of passion ends in devastating tragedy they are bound together inextricably. But Finn’s life is in LA with his band, and Liv’s is in Cornwall with her family—so they make a promise. Finn will return every year, and if they are single they will spend the summer together.
This summer Liv crosses paths with Tom—a mysterious new arrival in her hometown. As the wildflowers and heather come into bloom, they find themselves falling for one another. For the first time Liv can imagine a world where her heart isn’t broken every autumn. Now Liv must make an impossible choice. And when she discovers the shocking reason that Tom has left home, she’ll need to trust her heart even more . . .

I read one of Paige Toon’s books whilst on holiday last year and it was an enjoyable read so I’m glad there is another for me to read this year. I’m intrigued by this one being told over the course of several summers and splitting between past and present. I’m sure this is going to be an enjoyable read.
The Kiss Countdown by Etta Easton
Risk-averse event planner Amerie Price is jobless, newly single, and about to lose her apartment. With no choice but to gamble on her shaky start-up, the last thing she needed was to run into her smug ex and his new, less complicated girlfriend at Amerie’s favorite coffee shop. Panicked, she pretends to be dating the annoyingly sexy man she met by spilling Americano all over his abs. He plays along—for a price.
Half the single men in Houston claim to be astronauts, but Vincent Rogers turns out to be the real deal. What started as a one-off lie morphs into a plan: for the three months leading up to his mission, Amerie will play Vincent’s doting partner in front of his loving but overly invested family. In exchange, she gets a rent-free room in his house and can put every penny toward her struggling business.
What Amerie doesn’t plan for is Vincent’s gravitational pull. While her mind tells her a future with this astronaut is too unpredictable, her heart says he’s exactly what she needs. As their time together counts down, Amerie must decide if she’ll settle for the safe life—or shoot for the stars.

I picked this one up a couple of months ago and have been waiting for the perfect time to read it. I think the perfect time is whilst I’m on holiday. It sounds like a fun romance novel which involves fake dating an astronaut. I’m hoping to read this one early on into my holiday and I’m looking forward to seeing what I think.
Happily Never After by Lynn Painter
When Sophie finds out right before getting married that she’s been cheated on (again!) it’s time for drastic action. Instead of calling the wedding off, she hires a gorgeous stranger – Max – to interrupt the ceremony and confront her fiancé. It’s hardly the wedding she’d planned.
But Sophie enjoys taking revenge. So, when Max asks if she’ll work with him to help others expose their cheating partners, Sophie agrees.
When they’re hired by a man who’s marrying the girl that once broke Max’s heart, Sophie expects Max to revel in the job. But instead, he seems to be wrestling with his feelings for his ex. And worse than that, Sophie is jealous . .

This is a book that I’ve actually been saving to read whilst on holiday because I know it is going to be one of those books that I fly through. Lynn Painter is an exceptional author whose romance books are always a joy to read. I cannot wait to give this one a read and to see what I think.
This Summer Will Be Different by Carley Fortune
Lucy is the tourist vacationing at a beach house on Prince Edward Island. Felix is the local who shows her a very good time. The only problem: Lucy doesn’t know he’s her best friend’s younger brother. Lucy and Felix’s chemistry is unreal, but the list of reasons why they need to stay away from each other is long, and they vow to never repeat that electric night again.
It’s easier said than done.
Each year, Lucy escapes to PEI for a big breath of coastal air, fresh oysters and crisp vinho verde with her best friend, Bridget. Every visit begins with a long walk on the beach, beneath soaring red cliffs and a golden sun. And every visit, Lucy promises herself she won’t wind up in Felix’s bed. Again.
If Lucy can’t help being drawn to Felix, at least she’s always kept her heart out of it.
When Bridget suddenly flees Toronto a week before her wedding, Lucy drops everything to follow her to the island. Her mission is to help Bridget through her crisis and resist the one man she’s never been able to. But Felix’s sparkling eyes and flirty quips have been replaced with something new, and Lucy’s beginning to wonder just how safe her heart truly is.

Carley Fortune’s books always remind me of going on holiday. I’ve read all of her other books whilst on holiday so it feels only fitting to read this one whilst on holiday too. I’ve seen that this one has been getting even better reviews than her previous books which makes me even more excited to give it a read. I’m sure I’ll fly through it!
Next of Kin by Hannah Bonam-Young
When people-pleasing Chloe learns that her birth mother has unexpectedly had another baby, she doesn’t hesitate to become a next-of-kin guardian. But when she fails to pass Child Protective Services’ financial evaluation, she is faced with a see her baby sister placed in foster care or participate in CPS’s new initiative, where two prospective guardians join households to qualify.
Enter Warren, a surly mechanic’s apprentice attempting to get custody of his deaf fifteen-year-old brother. From the moment Warren drives up thirty minutes late, blasting music out of his car, Chloe is convinced that this is a very bad idea. The two immediately clash but eventually agree to live together for the sake of their younger siblings.
As their lives intertwine, and Chloe adjusts to caring for her newborn sister, she begins to see a new, softer side of Warren. In fact, they’re far more similar than she could have imagined. What started as forced begins to feel natural—and far less lonely. Chemistry soon intensifies beyond what either of them can stand, but is their mutual attraction worth risking everything they’ve fought for?

This is another romance that I have been seeing non-stop on my social media accounts which has made me very excited to give it a read. It sounds like it is going to be an interesting unique romance book that I’m excited to read whilst away on holiday. I’m looking forward to seeing what I think.

There you have it, part two of what is on my holiday TBR this year. Be sure to check out part one which has even more books on it. Are you going on holiday this year and if so, where and what are you planning on reading? Let me know in the comments below!
