Currently I’m Reading…

I am successfully (I hope) out of my reading slump and back on the reading train. I am back in the middle of a lot of books. I have 2 physical books, an eBook and an audiobook on the go at the moment!

The first physical books I’m reading is Not Here to Be Liked by Michelle Quach. I’ve been reading this one for a while now as I started it when I was in a reading slump. Now that I am out of that slump though I am enjoying this and can’t wait to finish it.

The other physical book I am reading is The Hawthorne Legacy by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. This is another that I started during my reading slump and put to one side so I really want to finish this one soon. I’m sure it will be excellent!

The eBook that I am reading at the moment is The Roommate by Rosie Danan. I started this after seeing so many recommendations for it and I am thoroughly enjoying it so far.

Finally, the audiobook I’m listening to is, It Happened One Summer by Tessa Bailey. This one was recommended to me over on TikTok and I’ve very rarely been let down by BookTok. So, I can’t wait to read more of this as I’m enjoying it so far!

Currently I’m Listening to…

I’m not listening to that much at the moment as I seem to be listening to more audiobooks on my commute and when doing housework. I do have some songs, artists and albums that I am alternating between listening to though.

I seem to be listening to anything and everything by Thomas Headon at the minute but especially his newest release, Strawberry Kisses. Also, I am listening to as much Lizzy McAlpine as I can. My favourite song by her at the moment is Apple Pie! If you haven’t listened to either Thomas Headon or Lizzy McAlpine yet I cannot recommend them enough. Then, the album I have on repeat seems to be Seventeen Going Under by Sam Fender which is an absolutely astonishing album!

Currently I’m Watching…

I’m not really watching anything new at the moment. Instead I seem to be re-watching TV shows over and over again. I am re-watching a favourite show from when I was a teenager, My Mad Fat Diary. Watching it know is so much more eye-opening than when I watched it as a teenager I feel and it is hitting me a lot harder. I still love the show a lot it seems. I’m also re-watching You for the who knows what time. I am sure that this show has me in a chokehold because I finish watching it and immediately start watching it again. I know the third season has not been out for long but I already cannot wait for the fourth season. Finally, I’m watching The Great British Bake Off, Taskmaster and Question Team each week and loving them all for different reasons!
