May has gone way too quickly and it has got me stressed! I’ve done so much this month, including the final bits of wedding planning, lots of walks, days out and concerts. Here is what happened in May!

I’ve read a total of 6 books through May and it has been a disappointing reading month overall. I rated most of the books under 3 stars. I wrote a post a couple of days ago which is full of mini-reviews for the books I read in May. So, be sure to check that out. Here is the shortened version of what I read in May!
- This Bird Has Flown by Susanna Hoffs – ★
- Only Love Can Hurt Like This by Paige Toon – ★★★
- Death of a Bookseller by Alice Slater – ★★★★
- Where the Light Goes by Sara Barnard – ★★★★
- The Half-Life of Love by Brianna Bourne – ★★
- Fangirl Volume 1 by Rainbow Rowell and Sam Maggs – ★★★★

May has been another month full of blogging. I’ve written quite the variety of posts this month and still managed to stick to my blogging schedule. So, I wanted to share the top 5 posts I’ve enjoyed writing the most throughout May!
- Happy Place by Emily Henry – Quote
- If Tomorrow Doesn’t Come – Jen St. Jude
- I’ll Get Around To It Later – Book Tag
- Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez – Quote
- Audiobooks On My Wishlist

So much has gone on this month that I have no idea how to summarise it all! The month started out with a concert. Me and my sister, Katie, went to go and see Joshua Bassett which was lovely. It was so nice to spend the day with my sister too!
I think I’ve finally got most of my wedding planning sorted and it isn’t long until it actually happens now. I’m sure I’ll have forgotten something and I will be doing it last minute but I do feel pretty much on top of everything. I’m very excited for the wedding to happen now!
I went on so many walks this month. Now the nights are lighter and the weather is warmer, I’ve been finding myself putting my shoes on after work and heading out for a long walk. They help to clear my head, relax me and I love just being outside.
My car was broken into this month which wasn’t fun! It was horrible having to stand outside in the cold, waiting for the police whilst my car was damaged. We’ve sorted my car out now but unfortunately we’ve not found out who did it.
I spent a lovely weekend with friends this month too! It was a chill few days of catching up, playing board games and reading. It was very much needed and was a lot of fun.
May has been a lovely but hectic month. I’m looking forward to seeing what June brings!

That is it, May is over. I cannot wait to see what June holds. What has May been like for you and what have you read? Let me know in the comments below!
