January Book Haul!

Happy February everyone! I managed to keep my book buying to a minimum in January which I’m surprised by. So, I’m back with another book haul that consists of 9 books. It has some books kindly gifted by publishers, presents for myself and pre-orders. Here is my January book haul!

At the start of the month I visited a couple of book shops and bought myself a couple of books. One was, I Who Have Never Known Men by Jacqueline Harpman which I’ve been meaning to read for ages. Also, In the Weeds by B.K. Borison which is the second in the Lovelight series which I’m enjoying.

Harper Collins has a 50% off sale online at the start of the month and it was a deal I couldn’t miss. So, I placed a couple of pre-orders which will arrive soon and picked a couple of other books too. They were Cleopatra and Frankenstein by Coco Mellors and Arthur and Teddy are Coming Out by Ryan Love. Both of these have been on my TBR for ages and I’m looking forward to reading them soon.

I was incredibly lucky to be gifted a few books by publishers in January. Little Tiger gifted be a copy of the special 5th year anniversary copy the anthology Proud! That is out today (1st February) and I’ll be posting a review very soon.

Little Brown gifted me a copy of The Co-Op by Tarah DeWitt which is out now. I’m reading this one currently and having a lot of fun. Penguin gifted me a copy of More Than a Best Friend by Emma R. Alban which is out now and sounds amazing!

Finally, I had a couple of pre-orders arrive this month which I’m super excited to read soon. The first was The Breakup Tour by Emily Wibberley and Austin Siegemund-Broka which sounds amazing. The other was The Invocations by Krystal Sutherland which sounds excellent.

So, I ended the month with 9 more books than I began it with. Thank you so much to the publishers who gifted some of the books included in this haul!

What books did you get in January and what books are you excited about in February? Let me know in the comments!
