Highly Suspicious and Unfairly Cute – Talia Hibbert
After reading and loving the Brown Sisters trilogy by Talia Hibbert, I was beyond excited to see she was releasing a YA romance novel. I have to say, I was a little bit apprehensive going into this one as I wasn’t too sure how her writing would translate from adult romance to YA romance. Let me tell you, she did it wonderfully! Highly Suspicious and Unfairly Cute is such an adorable, heart-warming and fun YA romance that I would highly recommend.
Trip to Lanzarote – Recap
After 3 years of waiting, me and David finally got to go on holiday to Lanzarote again. We were booked to go in 2020 but the pandemic got in the way. I wanted to do a little holiday recap post so that I could look back on the memories in a few years from now. So, here is my trip to Lanzarote recap!

Pumpkin – Julie Murphy | Review
Waylon Russell Brewer is a fat, openly gay boy stuck in the small West Texas town of Clover City. His plan is to bide his time until he can graduate, move to Austin with his twin sister, Clementine, and finally go Full Waylon, so that he can live his Julie-the-hills-are-alive-with-the-sound-of-music-Andrews truth.
An Absolutely Remarkable Thing – Quote
A little while ago I finished reading An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green and I throughout enjoyed it. I was blown away by it as I really did not know what to expect going in. I wanted to do what I normally do with a book that I enjoy, pick a quote from it and get designing. So, that is exactly what I did!
Makeup and Me
I’ve worn makeup since the age of 13. One day I went from wearing no makeup at all to wearing as much makeup as a 13-year-old could do. This has resulted in makeup and me having a rollercoaster of a relationship since then.
