January Book Haul!

Book HaulHello all, I am back again with yet another book haul. I set out with excellent intentions for this month and to keep myself to buying minimal book and just making sure my haul was small. I did not succeed. I was also gifted a few books in January which I will highlight when talking about them. So, here is my January book haul.Line

At the start of January I took a trip into Manchester with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and of course we did some book shopping. Whilst we were there I picked up One of Us is Next by Karen M. McManus, The Vanishing Stair by Maureen Johnson and A Heart So Fierce and Broken by Brigid Kemmerer.

Then, my wonderful Mum took a trip to London and visited Foyles and bought me some books I have been wanting to read for a while or want to re-read soon and my original copy is falling to pieces. She bought me, All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven, The Cheerleaders by Kara Thomas and By Any Means Necessary by Candice Montgomery.

I was gifted quite a few books this month and I still feel so lucky every time this happens. Thank you so much to the lovely publishers who gifted me some wonderful books this month, I cannot wait to read them. Abrham and Chronicles gifted me a copy of We Used to be Friends by Amy Spalding and then Harper360 gifted me copies of The Upside of Falling by Alex Light and Stay Gold by Tobly McSmith.

Right at the end of the month, I visited my wonderful friend Charlotte in Wales and picked up a couple of books from her house that she was unhauling. They were Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell and There’s Someone Inside Your House by Stephanie Perkins.

Overall, I ended the month with 11 books more than I started which is quite mad. I am going to cut own my book buying in February and let’s hope I stick to it. I cannot wait to read all these books and share my thoughts!
