Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well! I've read a lot of books recently that I thought I would read over the course of a week but in fact read in one sitting and it got me thinking. I got thinking about some books that are perfect to read in one sitting and I wanted to discuss them. Here are a few books that are perfect to read in one sitting!
Month: September 2020
Seed – Lisa Heathfield
Fifteen-year-old Pearl has lived her whole life protected within the small community at Seed, where they worship nature and idolise their leader, Papa S. When some outsiders arrive, everything changes. Pearl experiences feelings that she never knew existed and begins to realise that there is darkness at the heart of Seed. A darkness from which she must escape, before it's too late.
The Reader Problems – Book Tag
Hello all! I hope you are doing well. One of my favourite things to look at on blogs are book tags. I love searching for new ones and reading the answers and I always find it a lot of fun. So, when I stumbled across this book tag I knew I had to give it a go. About to Read on Youtube created this book tag, so be sure to check it out here! This is the reader problems book tag!
Heartbreak Boys – Simon James Green
At the start of the summer, Jack and Nate find themselves dumped as their respective exes, Dylan and Tariq, start up a new relationship together. Not only that, their exes start posting pictures on social media, showing the whole world how fabulous their new life together is.
August Book Haul!
Hi all, hope you are doing well! I am back once again with yet another book haul! August's book haul consists of 10 books which is a lot more than I thought I'd have in a haul this month. Given that I am actually on a book buying ban and was for most of the month, this is a lot of books! I did have a couple of books on pre-order, I bought a couple based on excellent reviews and I was also given a couple of books as a present! I will highlight next to the book that was gifted. So, here is my August book haul!
