October Book Haul!

Book Haul

Once again, this post should just be a blank screen because I am still on a book buying ban. But, what is actually happening with this post is there is a haul of 9 book in total! Clearly, as you can tell, I’m very good at staying on a book buying ban…

I bought a couple of books with vouchers I got for my birthday, others I was gifted for my birthday and I had a couple on pre-order. I will highlight next to books that were gifted! So, here is my October book haul!

October started out with a Waterstones order! In the order was Eight Pieces of Silva by Patrice Lawrence, Daisy Jones and the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid and Breathless by Jennifer Niven. I read Breathless a couple of months ago and really wanted to add it to my Jennifer Niven collection. I read Patrice Lawrence’s new one immediately, you can find my full review of it here. I am hoping to co-read Daisy Jones very soon!

A few days after getting the book mail I was stepping foot in a bookshop to spend a book voucher I had! I bought a couple of books with the voucher. They were The Danger Gang by Tom Fletcher, which I absolutely adored and would highly recommend. As well as Prince Charming by Rachel Hawkins, which I plan on reading very soon!

The next 4 books were all gifted to me by my wonderful friends on my birthday! The first book was gifted to be by the wonderful Lois from Lochanreads, Lois gifted me a copy of Date Me, Bryson Keller by Kevin van! I cannot wait to give this one a read very soon. Then the next 3 books were gifted to me by the lovely and delightful Sarah and Sophie from The Little Contemporary Corner! They gifted me Somewhere Only We Know by Maurene Goo, which I read immediately and adore. As well as, Get a Life, Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert which I flew through and loved! I want more Talia Hibbert books in my life immediately! Finally they also bought me The Summer of Everything by Julian Winters which I want to read as soon as possible! Thank you so much for the birthday gifts I love them!

Overall, I ended the month with 9 more physical books than I started which is definitely a lot more than I thought. I have another book voucher to spend from my birthday in November and I have so many ideas on what to buy!
