December Book Haul!

Book Haul

This is my final book haul of 2020 and I can’t quite believe it! This haul contains 9 books. I was lucky enough to be gifted 5 books as presents this Christmas. I had a couple books on pre-order and I decided to treat myself to couple of books as well. So, here is my December book haul!

December started out with me reading a few festive books, so I though it was only fit to buy myself a new one. I bought myself a copy of All I Want for Christmas by Beth Garrod and read it almost immediately. I throughly enjoyed it and it brought me a lot of festive joy!

A couple of books I’ve had on order for a while arrived this month. They were Rent a Boyfriend by Gloria Chao, Shine by Jessica Jung and Coming Up for Air by Nicole B. Tyndall. I’ve been excited to read all of these ones for a long time so I am going to try and read them very soon. I will be sharing my thoughts on them when I’ve read them!

Christmas happened this month and I was lucky enough to be given a few books as presents. I always get a few random yet incredibly interesting books at Christmas. This year they were The Madman’s Library by Edward Brooke-Hitching which my boyfriend’s parent got me because they thought it would be the perfect book for a librarian. My Grandma and Grandad always buy me an Art of Disney book and this year it was The Art of Toy Story 4. I’ve only quickly flicked through it so far but I love it.

My Boyfriend bought me The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia to add to my books all about the Zelda games. They are my favourite games and I cannot wait to read this book. Finally the last two books were presents from my lovely friend Sarah and are books she knew I was excited about. They were, Watch Over Me by Nina LaCour and Today Tonight Tomorrow by Rachel Lynn Solomon. I cannot wait to read them both as soon as I can.

Overall, I ended the month with 9 more physical books that I started the month with! I’ve got a few pre-orders arriving in January and I cannot wait!
