March Book Haul

Happy April everyone! I hope you are doing well. I’m back, once again with another book haul. This one consists of 17 books. Some were gifted by publishers and some I picked up myself. Here is my March book haul!

I actually did another book haul post this month, which you can find here, of all the books that I hauled on my bookish road trip at the beginning of March. So, be sure to give that a read too!

It wouldn’t be a book haul post if I hadn’t stumbled into a bookshop and left with a few books. Whilst on a day out this month I went into a Waterstones which was full of books that grabbed my attention. I left the shop with That Green Eyed Girl by Julie Owen Moylan because the synopsis sounds so interesting. Also, The Fell by Sarah Moss because I’ve heard a lot about this author’s books recently and wanted to give one a go. The last one I picked up on this trip was Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Sutanto which I’m reading at the moment and loving.

I went to another Waterstones on a different trip and left with more books. One of them was The Anthropocene Reviewed by John Green which I’ve been dipping in and out of since and loving. Also, The Love Match by Priya Taslim which is a book I kept picking up on my bookshop visits so I finally took the plunge and bought it.

Throughout March, I was lucky enough to be gifted a few books from publishers. Orbit gifted me a copy of Infinity Gate by M. R. Carey which sounds amazing and I can’t wait to read it. Harper360 gifted me a copy of The Lake House by Sarah Beth Durst which is another that sounds amazing! Penguin kindly gifted me a copy of If Tomorrow Doesn’t Come by Jen St. Jude and it sounds right up my street!

Hot Key Books gifted me a copy of This is How You Fall in Love by Anika Hussain which I’m looking forward to picking up, reading and reviewing very soon. Penguin gifted me two thriller books this month, The Beach Party by Nikki Smith and Coming to Find You by Jane Corry. Both of these sound mysterious and I can’t wait to read them. One which I truly cannot wait to read is My Love Life and the Apocalypse by Melissa Welliver which I was gifted a copy of by Chicken House, it sounds amazing and will likely be my next read.

I went into my local charity shop towards the end of the month and found a couple of books I couldn’t leave without. One was the manga of Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell and Sam Maggs which I’ve had on my wishlist for ages. Also, Mr Wrong Number by Lynn Painter which I’ve been wanting to read for a long time.

The last three books I picked up this month were from my local bookshop. They were The Neighbor Favor by Kristina Forest, The Half-Life of Love by Brianna Bourne and Our Wives Under the Sea by Julia Armfield. All of which I’ve had my eyes on for a while!

So, I ended the month with 17 more books than I began it with. Thank you so much to the publishers who gifted me some of the books included in this haul!

What books did you get in March and what books are you excited about in April? Let me know in the comments!
