April Book Haul!

Happy May everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I am back with another book haul. This one consists of 11 books. Some were gifted by publishers, some are pre-orders and a few I’ve picked up on my travels. Here is my April book haul!

I picked up quite a few book on my trips to bookshops in April. So many of them caught my eyes on my wandering round and I couldn’t leave without them. One was This Bird Has Flown by Susanna Hoffs which I’ve already read and didn’t actually enjoy. Also, Only Love Can Hurt Like This by Paige Toon which I’m in the middle of and loving. After looking at End of Story by Kylie Scott on a number of trips I finally picked up a copy and can’t wait to read it.

I’ve been wanting to own a copy of Us Against You by Fredrik Backman for ages now, so the minute I saw it in a book shop I had to get it. After loving a couple of books by Abby Jimenez I had to get myself a copy of The Happy Ever After Playlist by Abby Jimenez when it was on offer online. I am saving it for when I go on holiday and I can’t wait!

Another couple of books caught my eye on my bookshop trips. They were, Forget Me Not by Alyson Derrick and Love in the Time of Serial Killers by Alicia Thompson both of which I’ve very excited to read!

I had a couple of pre-orders arrive this month. The first being Romantic Comedy by Curtis Sittenfeld which I thoroughly enjoyed. The other being Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez which I flew through and cannot recommend enough!

Throughout April, I was lucky enough to be gifted a couple of book from publishers. Harper360 gifted me a copy of I Like Me Better by Robby Weber and Usborne gifted me a copy of Broken Hearts and Zombie Parts by William Hussey. I cannot wait to read both of these soon!

So, I ended the month with 11 more books than I began it with. Thank you so much to the publishers who gifted me some of the books included in this haul!

What books did you get in April and what books are you excited about in May? Let me know in the comments!
