I had a couple of wedding meetings throughout April which has been exciting. I’m looking forward to the wedding and seeing how everything is going to come together.
My hen do was this month. I went on a trip to York with my Mum, sister and my Mum’s best friend. It was a lovely couple of days. We ate excellent food, bought ghosts from the York Ghost Merchants and explored the city.
I went on a few days out with friends this month. We went book shopping, read in cafes and caught up. It was lovely and very much needed.
I attended a celebration evening for the release of Melissa Welliver’s debut novel My Love Life and the Apocalypse towards the end of the month. It was so lovely to meet Melissa, talk to other bloggers and just enjoy being with bookish people for an evening.
I started getting my wedding dress altered this month. I’m looking forward to seeing what it will look like after the alterations because I love it already and can only imagine I’ll love it even more.
My favourite thing that I’ve done a lot of this month is walking. Anytime that my head has felt busy, or I feel the need for some fresh air, I’ve been taking myself on a walk. I’ve walked all over and seen so many animals and pieces of nature thanks to it. I will be walking more in May too!
April has been such a lovely month. I’m looking forward to seeing what May brings!

That is it, April is over. I cannot wait to see what May holds. What has April been like for you and what have you read? Let me know in the comments below!
