How are we only one month away from 2019? November was a busy but quite calm month for me and I certainly needed it. After how busy I was in October I feel like I have been playing catch up all month! So, let’s get on with what happened in November.
I read 6 books this month. I managed to read 3 graphic novels, 1 audio book and 2 novels. I seemed to get back into my reading flow this month and has a lot of fun reading graphic novels this month. Here are the books I read this month:
- A Very Large Expanse of Sea by Tahereh Mafi (Novel) 4★‘s
- Hilda and the Troll by Luke Pearson (Graphic Novel) 5★‘s
- The Wolves of Winter by Tyrell Johnson (Novel) 4★‘s
- Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World: Volume One by Bryan Lee O’Malley (Graphic Novel) 3★‘s
- Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World: Volume Two by Bryan Lee O’Malley (Graphic Novel) 3★‘s
- Gemina by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman (Audio Book) 4★‘s

After last month of posting every day, I took it a lot easier this month. I posted as often as I could over this month. I am planning on doing Blogmas in December so I feel this quieter month was needed! Here are my top 5 posts for November:
- Question Time with Becky Albertalli and Adam Silvera
- December Releases I’m excited About
- November Goals
- Heathers Quote!
- November Book Haul
I decided to up my reading goal again at the end of this month. I feel it is keeping me reading and is also helping me to avoid a reading slump. So, I will keep upping my goal if necessary to keep reading more this year. I am currently at 2 books ahead of schedule with my reading challenge at the minute. I have read a total of 52 books this year. I now have £260 saved up, this is after putting aside £5 for every book I read this year. Me and my Mum have decided we are going to go to Barcelona with the money we have saved up from reading this year! I will definitely be putting £5 aside for every book I rad in the future. It means I can treat myself to something nice at the end of the year for doing something I love, or keep saving up.

November has been a quiet month for me. In fact is has been an incredibly quiet month for me. At the beginning of the month I was to my friends Sarah and Sophie’s LGBTQ+ Book Club. I had such a lovely time there discussing books with my wonderful friends.
I finally remembered this month to get a cork board to display all of my pin badges on. This was perfect timing for my friend Fiona’s pins to arrive. They are beautiful and I cannot wait to display them properly. I am so proud of Fiona and all the work she has put into these pins. If you would like to buy any of her pins keep an eye on her store which you can find here.
Other than that I spent most of my month reading and relaxing. I had a flare up of my Vertigo at the end of the month and that stopped me from doing anything else interesting. I’m hoping next month will be more jam-packed.
November is already over for another year and we are one month away from 2019! I cannot wait for December and all that it holds!

Aren’t they stunning! The £5 saving has been a blessing for me and my Mum this year. It has been really nice to save whilst reading. You would have a lot saved with 90 books!
