Top 5 Posts.jpgI’ve had another good blogging month and posted as much as I wanted to throughout the month! I even had ideas pop into my head for October and November. I am getting better at scheduling posts ahead of time to make things a little easier for me too! I am fully in a blogging stride at the minute! Here are my top 5 posts for September.

Reading Goal.jpg

I’m still extremely happy with how many books I have read this year and the progress I have made with my reading goal. I upped my goal again to 70 books because I really feel like I will reach that. Having the goal really motivates me to read even more! I feel very positive that I can reach this goal! I am actually at around 60 books whilst writing this post. I am still putting aside £5 for every book I read this year and saving it all up so I have a lot put aside already.Line

Personal Update.jpg

This month has been extremely busy for me. I started out September in Catania airport with a 3 and a half hour delay coming home from Sicily. It wasn’t the best way to end a holiday but I still had a wonderful time.

Within a few days of being home I went to watch Danny Jones on tour in Manchester with a couple of my favourite people, Sarah and Charlotte. This was such a fun gig and made me wish that McFly would come back.

My wish was granted less than 2 weeks later when McFly announced they would be doing a comeback show in London in November. Of course I had to buy tickets to this! Then a week after that they announced that they would be doing a full tour. So, more tickets were bought and I cannot wait to see them.

I bought a few more concert tickets this month too! I am going to the Hella Mega tour with Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer next year and I am going to see The 1975 twice too! I cannot wait for all these concerts!

This month was the month I got to finally meet one of my role models. I finally met Dougie Poynter and I cannot quite believe it. He was so lovely and it was such a wonderful experience! Thank you Dougie!

It wouldn’t be the end of the month if I didn’t attend my wonderful best friend’s LGBTQ+ book club. This month with Sarah and Sophie we read Summer Bird Blue by Akemi Dawn Bowman! I loved this book a lot and loved discussing it.

Right at the end of September, I got to spend a wonderful weekend before my birthday with Sarah, Sophie and Charlotte. We had such an amazing time doing all sorts of things and I cannot wait to be with these girls again.

I think I am going to give this September the nickname of McFly month because it really feels like that is all the September has been!

That’s it September is over. I cannot wait to see what October holds. What has your September been like and what have you read? Let me know in the comments below!
Happy Reading
