The first month of 2021 is nearly over! As always, January has felt so long and drawn out with not much happening. I've read a lot, wrote a lot of blog posts and worked a lot. Here is what happened in January!
We are officially one month into 2021 and the year is off to an odd start. That doesn't mean I've not read a lot though! Throughout January I have read a total of 11 books which is unbelievable for the first month of the year.
A couple of days ago I shared a post all about TBR books I want to tackle in 2021 (you can find it here). The issue is, my TBR is never ending and there are another few books on my TBR that I want to get round to reading in 2021. So, here is part two of TBR books I want to tackle in 2021!
My TBR never seems to end, in fact I'm pretty sure it gets longer every day. There are some books on my TBR at the minute that I finally want to get round to reading in 2021. Some of these books have been on my TBR for years, others I just really want to read sooner rather than later.
I recently finished reading Concrete Rose by Angie Thomas and I absolutely loved it. So many quotes from this book are one that will stick in my mind for years to come. One in particular stuck with me more than the others. So, I thought I'd mess around designing and see what I could create. Also, I've written a full review for Concrete Rose, which you can find here.
I'm here for the first time in 2021 with one of my favourite kinds of posts, one all about new books being releases I'm excited for. I love finding out all about new books being released and getting excited to see them out in the world!
A couple of days ago I finished reading Gut Feelings by C.G Moore and I was blown away by it. It is such an inspiring and heart-felt book that I will be recommending a lot in the future. Today I wanted to share 5 reasons why you should read Gut Feelings by C.G. Moore!
If there’s one thing seventeen-year-old Maverick Carter knows, it’s that a real man takes care of his family. As the son of a former gang legend, Mav does that the only way he knows how: dealing for the King Lords. With this money he can help his mom, who works two jobs while his dad’s in prison.
A couple of days ago I shared a post all about UKYA releases to look out for in 2021. This was after I shared my most anticipated releases for 2021 in two posts (part one and part two). I wanted to shine more of a spotlight on the books being released by UK authors into the UKYA world. There are so many incredible UKYA releases that are being released throughout this year and I really want to spread the word about them!
A few days ago I shared a couple of posts all about my most anticipated releases of 2021. Part one is here and part two is here! I shared a couple of UKYA releases in those lists but I wanted to save a lot of them for their very own posts. There are so many incredible UKYA releases that are being released throughout this year and I really want to spread the word about them!
