The second month of 2021 is nearly over and I’m very glad that it is. It may have just been the shortest month of the year but it still felt incredibly long. This month though, I have done my best to stay positive even when it has been tough. I’ve read quite a bit, I’ve watched a lot of TV and been on a lot of walks. Here is what happened in February!

I read a total of 5 books throughout February which is quite a small amount for me. I have been in and out of a reading slump and have wanted to watch TV rather than read, but that is okay! I wrote a post a couple of days ago that goes into detail, with little reviews, about what I read in February, so be sure to check that out. Here is the shortened version of what I read in February!
- Forever Ends on Friday by Justin A. Reynolds – ★★★★
- The Deep-Sea Duke by Lauren James – ★★★★
- The Project by Courtney Summers – ★★★★
- Always and Forever, Lara Jean by Jenny Han – ★★★★
- Lock the Doors by Vincent Ralph – ★★★★

I adore blogging. It feels so therapeutic to just sit in front of my computer and type up my thoughts. I’m excited to see what I post over the course of 2021. In February, I stuck to my blogging plan and wrote my posts as early as possible which left me with a lot of time at the end of the month to get thinking of posts for March. I thought I would share the 5 posts I enjoyed writing the most from this month. Here are my top 5 posts for February!
- Makeup and Me
- Bad Habits – Flynn Meaney
- ‘I Should Have Read That’ Book Tag
- January Book Haul!
- New Book Releases I’m Excited For – March

I’ve spent most of February travelling to new libraries, watching TV and going on walks. I started the month in a library I visited a lot as a child and it was so lovely! I am missing my home library though and cannot wait to be back there next month.
I’ve watched so much TV this month (let me know if you’d ever want a post about TV shows and movies that I would recommend). I’ve watched White House Farm and Behind Her Eyes this month on Netflix and enjoyed them both. I’ve also been watching Wandavision each week and it is baffling me with its surprises each week. I am excited to see where the show goes. Of course I watched To All the Boys: Always and Forever this month which I adored with all my heart and wrote a full review on!
This month I continued to test out the astrophotography setting on my phone camera and spent way too long outside in the freezing cold taking pictures of the stars. I am just waiting for lockdown to be over and then I can drive to a dark sky area and take even better pictures there!
I’ve spent a lot of time face-timing family and friends this month and it was the mood boost that I really needed. I am missing my friends and family a lot at the minute but being about to talk to them on the phone for a few hours each week brings a smile to my face. I have also been on a few socially distanced walks with my Mum this month, which is as much as we can do together at the moment, but I have been loving them a lot and hope to continue them even after lockdown ends.
Bring on March!

That is it, February is over. I cannot wait to see what March holds. What has February been like for you and what have you read? Let me know in the comments below!

Yes, February felt so long!
I’m loving Wandavision, although it definitely has me confused a fair amount of the time.

I wish I could be as organized as you and write my blog posts early. Instead, I just don’t write any posts lol!
